With over 20 years experience in industrial, glass project management and estimating, Walt helps set Lilja’s strategic vision. It’s a capability built from the ground up—as Walt has worked first-hand in all aspects of the company from billing and estimating to project management. Walt holds a Bachelors Degree in Earth Science and Environmental Engineering from California State University, Chico. In his spare time he spends time with his wife and their family of adopted pets.

Jeremy oversees the operation and success of all Lilja projects. In 2002 he began with Lilja as a bricklayer journeyman and in 2014 he became a regular full-time employee where he began to estimate and oversee larger projects. He loves to spend time with friends and family and doing anything outdoors whenever he is able.

Vic oversees the successful completion of large construction projects from beginning to end. He also ensures that Lilja adheres to the strictest of safety and environmental standards, continually improving and refining our safety processes. Vic has more than 20 years of experience in environmental management and construction safety, in addition to extensive knowledge of union operating rules and procedures. When he’s not wearing a hard hat, Vic enjoys riding motorcycles and woodworking.

Joe is a brick mason by trade and earned a reputation as one of the industry’s top hot repairmen. He brings this experience to bear in his role as operations manager—responsible for project management and estimating for general, civil, structural and mechanical construction. Joe operated his own successful construction company for five years prior to joining Lilja. He’s a family man and an experienced outdoorsman who enjoys hunting year-round.

With over 25 years of experience in the Glass, Automotive and Aerostructure industries, Dwayne joined Lilja in 2016. Dwayne is a Sheetmetal worker by trade and has an associate degree in Applied Science. His responsibilities include project management and estimating of mechanical piping, sheetmetal and structural fabrication including installation of all projects as well as overseeing Lilja’s fabrication facility which produces all types of metal fabricated products. In his spare time, he likes to spend time with his family and is an avid muscle car enthusiast who enjoys collecting and restoring them.

Kevin joined the Lilja Team in January of 2019 with over 30 years of experience in the glass industry. His vast experiences included working for companies such as A.C. Leadbetter & Son, PQ Corporation, Fosbel Ceramic Technologies, and Magneco/Metrel. Kevin has a Bachelor of Engineering Technology from the University of Toledo. Kevin provides sales, marketing, engineering, and product development expertise to the Lilja Team. Kevin spends his spare time with his wife Debra and their family of adopted pets.

After attending The University of Pittsburgh, Ryan began his 37 year career in the Glass Industry specializing in furnace shut downs and start ups across the globe. Ryan joined Lilja in 2015 to help expand sales and business development. When not traveling to visit clients, you will find Ryan spending time with his sons or traveling to an offshore fishing expedition.

New to Lilja in 2021, Vaughn brings over 20 years of sales and marketing experience to the fold. Based in Minneapolis, Vaughn has joined the team to provide sales and business development support for Lilja's existing U.S. customer base, global expansion, and the newly expanded fabricaiton and welding shop in Lyles, TN. When Vaughn is not working around a hot furnace, he has been a popular DJ for major events in the Midwest for over a decade.

Matt began his career over 20 years ago with KPMG, and worked his way to become a manager for a regional CPA firm specializing in the construction industry. He then worked for a construction company and homebuilder prior to joining our team in 2010. Matt oversees all aspects of our back office, including accounting, human resources and IT. He enjoys spending time with his family, mountain biking, and swimming.
