Scope Discovery

We conduct an extensive site survey, consult with the client to determine both short-term needs and long-term goals, and develop a comprehensive plan of action.

Preliminary Engineering

We review existing systems to determine the most effective integration of new technologies. When rebuilds require extensive engineering, we work closely with the engineers to provide targeted, cost-effective direction.

Cost Analysis

We determine ROI through detailed construction services estimates based on our pre-engineering findings.

Bid Process

We create a competitive bid (including subcontractors) for a turnkey project—ensuring a timely and competitively priced project.

Construction Services

We deliver the construction services necessary to complete an on-time, zero-accident project: manpower, equipment, materials and supervision.

Production

We hand over the completed product and help get the factory back into production. The project isn’t a success unless we meet the production deadline…every time.

Project Wrap-Up Meeting

Once the factory is back into production, we hold a wrap-up meeting with all management levels. We pinpoint areas for improvement, identify best practices and leverage our learning to improve our performance for the next project.
